Job description:

• Search for contact opportunities and potential partners;

• Attend events that have high chance of generating sales leads

• Support MC VP BD with sales intensity for TN takers and sponsorship partners;

• Co-create sales materials

• Support with strong CRM and sales culture

• Support in delivery, especially in integration and evaluation

Accountable to: MC VP BD

Works with: MC, NST, companies

Duration: 8 – 10 weeks

Working hours: min 30 h per week

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• AIESEC experience in iGIP team min 6 months; relevant sales experience is a plus;

• English level – full working proficiency; Finnish is a big advantage;

• Minimum awareness with AIESEC in Finland reality and Finnish trends in business and economy;

• Time management skills; flexibility, communication skills; goal-oriented and proactive attitude;

• Commitment to results and development.
