DESCRIPTION
At Ideacomb, we did a survery of HR and Talent Management professionals " Role of HR in Fostering Innovation culture". 33% of the participants in this survey said their organizations have a function or department accountable for Innovation. Many of these organizations have Chief Innovation Officers like yourself carrying the incredibly challenging task of driving innovation within an enterprise. One of the key takeaways of the survey results was also driving employee engagement and how engaged employees can contribute effectively in innovation objectives. Ideacomb stemmed out of our passion for emerging social workplaces in a digitally connected organizations and how employee engagement will be changing in such times. These are the slides presented during the Webinar held on December 6, 2012. For Replay of Webinar visit www.youtube.com/ideacombTRANSCRIPT
