Our Christmas performances have been brilliant over the last couple of weeks. Year 3 and 4 gave

fantastic singing production of the nativity story last week. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children

gave their parents and families a wonderful nativity on Monday afternoon on the big stage. And,

What’s coming Up Next Week?

Santa’s coming!!!

See you back at school on Monday 6th January 2020

Christmas Tree Festival

As you may know the Christmas Tree Festival is in full glory at St Piran's Church Per-

ranzabuloe. The Festival is open every day until 30th December except Christmas Day &

Boxing Day from 12.00 to 5.00pm. Whilst you’re there, you’ll also be able to read the

brilliant stories for our Christmas Story Competition! Refreshments are available. Admis-

sion is free but donations for the work and upkeep of the Church are appreciated.

Christmas Fair

Thank you all for coming along and supporting our Christmas Fair last Friday. We were thrilled by the positive feed-

back and enjoyment of the afternoon. Santa’s Grotto was another brilliant Christmas experience to behold and

certainly left lots of children with huge smiles on their faces. The FOPS Team put a huge amount of effort into the

organisation, preparation and delivery of the whole event and have been an incredible to support to our school!

Thank you so much FOPS and especially Laura and Kate for all of their hard work! Everyone’s help and enthusiasm

for running stalls and donating items etc was simply brilliant! What’s also brilliant is that the event made over £1000!

We would like to thank parents for their hamper contributions and other donations to the fair. Also a huge thank

you to Marks and Spencer for the loan of some Christmas scenery and again to all of our wonderful Perranporth

Friends and families. THANK YOU!!!

School Crossing Notification

We have been asked by CORMAC, to notify parents that it is very possible that there will be no cross-

ing patrol outside out school in the New Year. So far, they have not been able to fill the vacancy for

this role. If this situation does not change, there will be no ‘lollipop’ lady or man crossing the children

at the beginning and end of each day. It will therefore be the responsibility of parents and family to

ensure their children can safely arrive and leave school each day.

We hope you all have a very

Merry Christmas!

Perranporth Plastic Free Christmas Market

The Perranporth Plastic Free Christmas Market is set for Sunday 22nd

December from 1.30pm-4.30pm in the Perranporth Memorial Hall. This

will be a great event for families as we have a local Santa with us (£1

incl. gift), live Christmassy music, lots of festive food including all you

need for a locally produced Christmas dinner and wonderful craft stalls

for last minute gift ideas - all plastic free of course! It would be great to

see you all there!
