- TRANSLATION – REFERENCE Miss Jana Perlet, born on 01. July 1982, completed an internship with our company from 19 th July 2004 till 18 th July 2005. During the internship she went through the following departments: Human Resources: Correspondence with applicants regarding decisions made in the application process. Extracting information from CV’s and summarising applicant characteristics in Excel tables which served as an aid for the decision making process. Preparation of interviews with applicants through a tabular analysis of the applicants. Coordination and arrangement of applicant interviews. General administrative activities and cover at the reception as well as ongoing support of end-user complaints and replying to general customer queries. Marketing: Analysis of the competitions products according to information provided by the Key Account managers. Analysis of the development of products on the market as well as analysing the development of the competitors products. Sourcing of information for the analyses from the Key Account managers. Distribution of edited analyses back to the Key Account managers, Observing the competitions’ product diversifications as well as presence in the market and editing of the information. Assisting in preparing suggestions for the placement of products on shelves in the supermarkets and editing the suggestions for the presentation to customers. Assisting in the follow-up of competitions and distribution of the winners prizes. Involvement in the creation of customer orientated promotions, i.e. brainstorming, meetings etc. Involvement in monitoring markets for new trends and customer behaviour. Organisation of a cooking demonstration and presentation together with the Marketing Manager at a sales meeting. Presentation of new products and its advantages with indications of its positioning in the market. Assisting in the setup of the company’s homepage. Independent creation and presentation of a new concept for the homepage. Customer Service: Input of printed customer orders and crediting of approved customer complaints in MOVEX. Sending out order confirmations to the clients. Correspondence with our field sales representatives.

Rubbermaid Commercial Products: Authoring data sheets of new products for clients. Authoring long term supplier declarations according to regulation (EG) Nr.

1207 / 2001. Design of flyers for local promotions as well as authoring of suitable cover

letters for the flyers. Translation of flyers from English to German for Europe wide distributed flyers

that were sent from the Central Marketing department at the headquarters, Preparation of new customer acquisition. Updating and reviewing product information and graphics of our products in

clients online catalogue. General back-office activities, i.e. communication with clients ad Key Account

Managers, distribution of samples and catalogues, optimising and updating the showroom.

Participation of weekly internal meetings.

Finances and Accounting: Activities regarding debtor accounting:

Submission of checksSubmission of international checks

Activities regarding crediting. Preparation of receipts for reclaiming input tax paid in Austria which was put

forward at the Inland Revenue office for 2003 and 2004. Editing the information in Excel tables and reviewing.

General administrative activities.

Miss Perlet has a keen perception and quickly grasped the tasks put forward to her. She quickly solved assigned tasks nevertheless very thoroughly with her own initiative and personal commitment.From her own stimulus she researched on the internet and with specialist literature to acquire knowledge of regulations and laws regarding human resources and finances to comprehend and carry out the tasks assigned to her.

In all departments Miss Perlet always worked at utmost precision and her ability to work in a team was expressed in the unreserved recognition of her efforts by her colleagues.

Miss Perlet accomplished all her tasks to our fullest satisfaction and will be leaving the company after completion of her internship to commence her university studies. We thank Miss Perlet for her assistance and wish her the best of luck for her professional career.
