Getting your donation information

You can access your donor information in real time in the Donation Manager in the Project Entry (PE) system on GlobalGiving

This site also allows you to download all of your past donation information

Please note this provides gross donation information (not counting fees or add ons)

You can send thank you notes directly through the GlobalGiving site

Adding and Editing Projects You are eligible to enter as many projects as you’d like to on the site. (Don’t forget you have to report on all projects on the site, though.)

GG staff reviews and approves the projects. Projects will be up on the site in about two business days!

Project ReportsProject reports are required every three

months

They are sent out to all your donors and are posted on your project page

Project reports (~100-600 words) can contain:Progress of your project and accomplishmentsBeneficiary storiesQuotes Impact Numbers, especially related to your donation

When are projects taken off of www.globalgiving.org?

Fully fundedYou will receive a notification from our staff when

your project is nearing or reaches full funding. If your project has been fully funded in part by

outside sources, let us know ([email protected]) and we will mark it as funded.

Non-compliance (non-reporting, organization no longer operational, financial mismanagement)

Projects remain on GlobalGiving until they are funded or taken down for non-compliance.

Have raised at least $24,000 over the past two years on

GlobalGiving across all projects since joining GlobalGiving; Include a donation link to GlobalGiving on the organization’s
