Lessons learned

Keep in mind: eLearning has 90% educational objectives and only 10% technology

Attract the students, the teachers will join No more words about eLearning, demonstrate by results For the beginning, the short useful courses bring the good

results More freedom in learning progress for the students Create the motivation for the students - give them a recognition of

course The “brand” of institutions improves the value of course (in our case

the NDC) Deliver the tutoring support. The students appreciate it and they feel

inside the learning environment. No more than 20-30 students /tutor. We started with 50 and now we

work with ….80
