Ringmaster is a ring main unit for all indoor or outdoor medium voltage applications such as simple transformer protection, sectionalizing with remote control to multi-panel metered consumer switchboard.

Its quality engineering for extreme climates provides flexibility for any location, up to 13.8 kV.

Maintenance freeAll MV contacts are housed in an environment dedicated to maximising reliability and minimising maintenance and possible failures.

The envelope consists of two polyurethane cast modules, hermetically sealed for life, offering a totally maintenance free design to the MV components. Ringmaster is virtually maintenance free, ensuring low lifetime costs.

People’s safety, a major commitmentSafety of people by internal arc protectionBecause nothing is more important than safety of people, all of the products in the Ringmaster range are internal arc rated.The tests comply with IEC62271-200 and have an internal arc classification of AF. This means that in the extremely unlikely event of a fault, no damage or debris will vent to the front where all operations are carried out. The effects of internal arc are evacuated towards the top or the side of the switchboard, ensuring hi-safety.

Enhancing your network protectionRingmaster helps you control and monitor your network thanks to the self-powered VIP relay, that optimises your network protection against phase and earth faults.Alternatively, by choosing the Sepam 10, you combine communication and protection to benefit from the hi-reliability of a device that provides:- very sensitive earth faults indication,- specific protection (thermal overload: 49RMS), - load monitoring,- communication port.
