CUSTOMIZABLE TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES

GRAND RACE2 hours | $35 per person

This scavenger hunt based activity will get your team moving in the same direction. Broken into teams, your group will see the sights of the Grand Geneva by working together to follow the clues. At each location they will make a pose and snap a picture for proof. Along the way they will scan the property for trivia information and for hidden or rare items that can be found in the many hallways. This race can be customized for outside or inside, slower or quicker pace, and can even be moved to cover the Lake Geneva Area if requested. The winners will be awarded with Bragging Rights Medals to show off for all to see.

GRAND CHALLENGE2–3 hours | $45 per person

This Amazing Race based scavenger hunt will have your group following clues and competing in challenges around the property. Each team member will have a chance to let their strengths shine with the broad range of challenges that can be interchanged at each location and team spirit is definitely encouraged. Teams receive points at each location and the team with the most points at the end receives Bragging Rights Medals.

PIZZA CHALLENGE2 hours | $85 per person | $150 chef fee | Additional $10/person for breadsticks and salad

Part lunch break, part team building with this culinary competition. Teams of 4-6 will open their own pizza parlor. Creating everything from scratch, including the pizza, pizza box, and 30-60 second advertisement. Teamwork, creativity, and presentation are all considered when scoring this event. Extra pizzas, appetizers, or deserts can be ordered through a Banquets menu.

CHILI COOK-OFF2 hours | $80 per person | $150 chef fee

Who doesn’t enjoy a big bowl of chili when it’s blisteringly cold? Stay warm by making your ownzesty dish! Each team will be responsible for preparing a unique chili recipe for the other teams to judge. Recipes and a variety of ingredients will be provided, and each team must make a batch large enough for everyone to sample. You’ll get to vote on your favorite and enjoy a hearty bowl in the end with your choice of toppings. Teams will be judged on presentation, taste, creativity and team cohesiveness.

GUACAMOLE AND MOJITO MIX OFF1 hour and 30 minutes | $55 per person | Dinner can be added through Banquets

Need to fit a break into a busy meeting schedule? Are you looking for an appetizer to go with your banquets meal? Guacamole and Mojitos are the perfect way to squeeze some teamwork into a busy schedule. In this culinary challenge teams will mix a bowl of guacamole and pour a mojito to accompany. Both the guacamole and the mojito will be judged, as well as the team’s short advertisement. After a winner has been chosen, participants will be able to try the team’s creation.

MIX IT UP1 hour and 30 minutes | $75 per person | Dinner can be added through Banquets

Your group will get to know all about each other after this activity. First, each participant gets a canvas and chooses the colors for their palette. Next, they will be taught the necessary steps to replicate one of our many paintings. At this point we begin to “Mix-It-Up.” Each person passes their painting to the right and the painting halts while the session shifts to a mixology lesson. After the drink is poured, then it’s back to painting, but remember that you now have the painting that was passed to you. This process repeats for 4 total drinks and at the end your team will have a buzz and a collaborative piece of art that they can compare to their coworkers.

CHARITY PUTT-PUTT2 hours | $65 per person

Practice your putting skills on greens created by your group. Each team will be in charge of creating one green challenge, made out of mostly nonperishable items, which will test the skills of their opponents. After the greens are built the teams will come up with a name and a par level for their hole. Each team will compete to find the ultimate champion. Your whole group becomes a winner when the supplies used are donated to a local food bank.

EXTREME SLED BUILDING2 hours | $45 per person

This program allows your team to get creative by designing and building their own sled with common materials. Bungee cords, cardboard boxes, household items and other ordinary utensils come together to form a unique contraption in this communicating and problem-solving activity. When the sleds are complete, teams will test their prototypes, then compete for distance, speed and creativity.

BUILD-A-BIKE2 hours | $85 per person

We start by splitting your team into groups, then the teams have to work their way through various challenges, winning these challenges gives the teams an advantage during the race stage of the event. These challenges are customized based on the needs of your group. Next, teams work together to assemble a children’s bike. The bikes will be checked for safety and then sent to the challenge course for a quick race. Time is added for missed obstacles and winning challenges in the beginning will give you bonuses. Finally, local kids will receive the bikes that your group has made!
