Please join us as the GTA travels to France in the World Showcase at Epcot. The evening will be filled with excitement and tasty sweets of France, while we watch the Epcot Forever Nighttime Spectacular. We will have premium reserved viewing for the show.

All attendees that plan to attend must Register. You are not required to have a park ticket to attend, but if you are in the park you will not be able to join us for the event if you have not indicated attendance at registration due to the numbers that we must submit to Disney for the viewing location.

Please join us for an evening of discovery and mystery. This will be a very fun night that you do not want to miss. Advance registration is Required! No registrations in June will be allowed due to the attendance count for Disney required in advance. This will be a great night, so make sure to register.

The GTA would like to keep much of the night a surprise to add to the enjoyment of the entertainment, but please plan to dress casual as we will start at the hotel and end the evening at a park. Transportation will be included, but there will be a walk from the entrance of a park to our event. Also, you will NOT need park tickets to attend this event as we will be escorted into the park as a group.

DISNEY VIP DREAM DAY TOUR

The team at Disney VIP Tour Services will plan the most efficient, enjoyable way for groups up to 10 Guests to see and do the things on your list. Just tell your personal VIP Tour Guide what you'd like to see, and they'll customize your day to your desire!

After being picked up from the Disney Boardwalk Inn in a private vehicle, enjoy unparalleled hospitality at one or more of the theme parks*, experience some of your favorite attractions and watch magnificent parades; live shows and select nighttime spectaculars from special reserved viewing areas alongside a VIP Tour Guide. Guests may be picked up from any Central Florida location; however, billing will begin at the time of pick up.

Some of the personalized services include:

Pre-arrival planning 7 hours in the park with the guide. Guide will meet at the Boardwalk Inn Resort at 8:30 am Visits to multiple theme parks in one or more days, The ability to enjoy some of your favorite attractions efficiently VIP viewing areas for parades, select stage shows and nighttime spectaculars Shared insight from your highly knowledgeable VIP Tour Guide throughout your tour Lunch will be quick and counter service to maximize the time with the guide.

*All VIP Tours require valid theme park admission, which is not included in the price of the tour

We will plan the VIP Tours if we have enough people interested in doing the VIP Experience. Please list the names of those interested and we will contact you once we have enough to fill the group. If you have 10 people for your party we will put them together to form a group.

The price for a group of 10 people is $3850.00 (per person that is $385.00 if the group is at 10 people if the group is below 10 the price will go up.) What we will do is find out how many people from the GTA would like to do the VIP Tour and then give you pricing once we get the groups divided out. I would estimate price of $385.00-$400.00 per person. You will need to have a Disney Park Hopper Ticket in order to go on the tour.

This year rather than schedule one tour that not everyone would enjoy, we are going to give you a link and assist you with scheduling any of the extra tours that Disney offers. Keep in mind for most of the tours offered you have to buy park tickets first and our group ticket site will work for the park tickets portion.

Also, Universal Studios has the VIP Experience tours but the cost has risen to around $600 a person for us to book as a group together, with transportation and tickets. Disney Boardwalk Inn Resort Information

1. The Boardwalk Inn is relatively small in size (very small compared to Nashville). There are only 5 floors and a little over 370 rooms, so we will take up a good portion of the rooms. If you have any specific requests for rooms, contact the hotel front desk directly. The number is 407-939-6200.

2. Self-Use Laundry Facilities are located on the 3rd Floor of the Inn and you can use those via your magic band for entrance and credit or debit card to pay for machines.

3. Theme Park and Disney Springs Transportation: The hotel will have buses located between the convention center and the hotel portico to all Disney locations and theme parks. Also, there is a boat that runs to Hollywood Studios and Epcot from the Lake outside the resort. You can also walk to Hollywood Studios and Epcot (Epcot is very close)

4. Check-in/Check-out: You can Check-in as early as you want the day of your arrival, if the room is not ready yet they will hold your luggage at the bellstand and notify you once the room is ready. If you pre-order your magic bands you can skip the line at the front desk for check in by using the My Disney Experience App to check yourself in and the room will show up when it is ready.

5. Charging at resort or any where on Disney property. If you do not want to carry cash/ credit cards while at the resort, you can set a 4 digit pin to use the credit card given at check-in to charge through out the resort by using your magic band and the pin you set. The front desk can assist you in setting up or you can do online through the Disney Experience App.

6. Since the Boardwalk Inn is meant to resemble the Atlantic City Boardwalk, much of the amenities are accessed on the outside of the hotel along the “Boardwalk”. There is a quick serve for small breakfast items in the Belle Vue Lobby just off the room elevators. Also, room service is 24 hours a day. Restaurants around the lake adjacent to the hotel are listed on the next page, but the ones below are considered part of the Boardwalk Inn:
