Q1. Ganesh Chemical Ltd. Delhi has planned for computerization of nearly 50 percent of the production operations and Control. It has taken care of all the resources in the computerization plan including human resources. The present inventory and future requirement of the production department were specified as given under. The process of computerization was over by the end of year 2012. The Management, when it wanted to start the production on the newly computerized process, was shocked to note that many employees in the production department were suitable to the new job and the information supplied by the human resource planners in this regard did not match with the reality Questions:
