The new office is filled with bright white on all walls with a touch of Indpro’s colours orange and red. One nice detail is the logo in the reception. Indpro’s logo formed with big letters sticking out of the wall giving a nice 3D-effect.

With a capacity for up to 90 employees it makes the new office twice the size of Indpro’s space from the last office.

“The new office is a good sign that Indpro is growing” said Marcus Lippert.

NEW OFFiCEEnd of last year Indpro grew out of it’s office space. A new bigger office were required and since the office floor above the existing one was free it felt natural to move one floor up.

End of last year you traveled to Sweden for the first time. What was your expectations?

“It was my first foreign trip and as such lot of things was going in my mind. How Sweden will be? How will I feel when I first set my foot in a foreign land? Is it going to be very different from this part of the world? I was though a bit worried about the climate there. Will it be too cold? Whether the clothes I brought is enough? I expected it to be same as what I see everyday in BBC or Discovery Chan-nel but I wanted to feel it by going there! I was getting crazy to set my foot there!

When I saw a board with “Arlanda” written on it from my airplane window,I realized that I am finally in Sweden! It was a great lifetime feeling for me!I said to myself, -”Yes! Finally I’m in a foreign land!”.

Your purpose of visitingSweden?

It was for attending an IT exhibition where a software product that I have worked day and night for more than 2 years, was going to be made pub-lic for the entire world to see and use. That was a great feeling in itself and I was feeling proud and at the top of the world. Besides that meeting top scien-tists and engineers from throughout the world was an experience in itself.Apart from that I need to work in my clients office so that I understand them better, the way they work and the tech-nologies they deal with.

I worked in my clients place at Kista which I think is termed as the Silicon valley of Sweden. It was a great feeling to meet people with whom you were meeting virtually on Skype everyday for 2 years and finally you meet them face to face. I learned lot of things from them, the way they work! How particu-lar they are about time!

What is your best memory from Sweden?

My best memory from Sweden is that of visiting Alfred Nobel’s museum, the City hall and Concert hall. I was feeling great to visit a place and keep my foot in a place where great people like Ein-stein, Madam Curie, Mother Teresa, CV Raman, Rabindranath Tagore had once set their foots to get their Nobel Priz-es! I was comparing that on one hand there are these sets of great people who wants to move the world forward by their research, discoveries and the other hand we have the negatives who wants to destroy the world we live in! I was immensely motivated by seeing the Nobel Museum where the works of these great giants are displayed!

Amit Mondal one of our Team Leaders at Indpro went to Sweden for two weeks. We asked him to share his experiences with us.

End of last year Indpro went for a cricket game with the office.

Indpro’s HR Manager, Mr. Vijayasarthy arranged the event. Everything from bus ride from office to stadium and ar-riving early to make sure we should get good seats and the best of views.

The game was between Royal Chal-langers Bangalore and Victoria Bush-rangers in the Twenty 20 cup.

OFFiCE AT CRiCKETUnfortunaly the Bangalore team Royal Challangers lost the game. But we had a great time toghether at the stadium.

“I had never seen a live cricket game before and i liked it alot” said Navid Khaledi.

Cricket is the most popular sport in India. You can see young people playing the game on the fields and even streets where ever you go.
