Manual-Tie Horizontal BalersNEXGEN® offers a wide variety of Manual-Tie Balers to fit your application, through-

put and budget requirements. These units can be equipped with a conveyor or a

customized hopper to accommodate your material.

Gemini 3560® & Gemini-Xtreme® Balers are moderate duty, closed-end horizontal

balers that allow you to process a variety of material such as PET, aluminum or

steel cans, paper, plastics, OCC, newsprint, and magazines. With the

vertical tie-off, no fluffing or pre-processing is required.

Standard Features: Full penetration ram for maximumcompaction and full bale ejection; programmable, UL Listedcontroller permits automatic or manual operation; twincross-cylinders with 20 HP motor; cycle time of 34 seconds;bale size 30" H x 48" L x 60" W; wire guides for quick andeasy ties.

the demands of the scrap industry. Each unit has a high efficiency power unit

(Extra Tough) features 500F liners and S-7 hardened steel ram and body shear

Vertical BalersHigh density vertical balers are precision built for ease of use and maintenance friendly

access. Features such as the side-mounted self-contained power unit, front facing panel

box, redundant feed gate interlock, all add up to a reliable baler for years of trouble-free

recycling. The smart relay adds safety features, easy set-up, and diagnostic capabilities

to your baler. The pump and 10 HP motor are submerged in the hydraulic oil tank for

The Prospector Wire Processor offers the latest technol-

ogy for efficiently reclaiming copper or aluminum from

used electrical wires. The new system grinds cables and dry-separates the

copper or aluminum from plastic or rubber for clean, high value chops.

Each Prospector unit is fully soundproofed and equippedwith a dust collection system, which means nodust emission to the environment. They alsofeature low power requirements, a smallfootprint, are easy to move, place andinstall, and are easily maintained.
