If radio communication failure takes place after establishing final apch track, ACFT may continue apch and land if visual or go around and carry out missed apch procedure and join CEA VOR holding. After joining holding commence instrument apch procedure (ILS or VOR) for RWY for which SRA was being provided. 3.1.
