Fathers, you will receive a Greeting Card to pass along and for

deceased Fathers, you will receive a holy card as a remembrance.

PSR REGISTRATION UNDERWAY

Our Parish School of Religion offers religious education classes

from September to May for children who attend public school,

non-Catholic private schools or who are home schooled. Parents

who would like to register their children for PSR are asked to con-

tact the Parish Office at 440-937-5363 to request a Registration

Form. Those families who have children currently attending PSR

should have received the Registration Renewal Form through

PSR class. Registration deadline is July 1st.

HOLY TRINITY BOOK CLUB will meet on Monday, June 27, 2016

at 7 PM in the Parish Center to discuss the book, “Pegasus”, by

Danielle Steel. Nicholas von Bingen and his family, after living in

peace and luxury on the Bavarian estate that belonged to his fam-

ily for generations, must flee Germany for a new life in America.

Their survival will depend on a precious gift from his best friend,

Alex von Hemmerle, who breeds the renowned white Lipizzaner

horses; eight purebred horses, two of them stunning Lipizzaners.

Nicholas joins the Ringling Brothers Circus and becomes Nick

Bing, with Alex’s prize white stallion-now named Pegasus-the cen-

terpiece of the show. This is a story of courage, friendship and

fate as two families face the challenges of war and the magnifi-

cent stallion that will link them forever.

PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS

May God bless and protect our parish sons and

daughters serving in the armed forces of the United

States.

Family Perspective

David, one of the great men of faith in the Bible was also a great sin-

ner. He was humble enough to repent and try again. The righteous

men in the Gospel were humbled by the example of an imperfect

woman who showed repentance and great love to Jesus. Let all of us

humbly turn our hearts toward our Heavenly Father and give thanks

that we are saved by Christ and not by our own works. Let our works

be a thankful response to His love and mercy.

ROCK THE CHALLENGE We would like to thank everyone for making Holy Trinity’s 4th annual Rock the Challenge such a success. It was beautiful to see the Holy

Trinity Community come together to make a difference. Over 450 students dedicated their efforts to the St.Baldrick’ Foundation as they completed the youth obstacle fitness challenge course and various field day activities, including a very meaningful prayer walk.

There were so many different ways that Holy Trinity supported the cause; from the student dress down day, bake sales, lemonade stands, individual donations and simply supporting your classmates. Your combined efforts have raised over $15,000 thus far.

A special thank you to the 65 shavees who “Braved the Shave”. What an amazing thing for all to witness!

Thank you to the families that donated water and bananas for RTC and to the countless parent volunteers who gave us their time. RTC would not have been possible without all of you. Thank you to Steve & Anne Kemer, Tim & Heather Hughes and the Bright Family for stay-ing to help us tear down the RTC course. A special thank you to the individuals and businesses that helped to make this day possible by do-nating their talent and services: Jen Joyce, Gene Doverspike, DJAYBIRD Enter tainment (Steve Kemer), Mayor Bryan Jensen, Home

Depot, Jimmy Johns (Tim & Heather Hughes), Target (Robb Martin), Yard Signs (Chris Bilardo) and Beth Gassman. Thank you to our Bar-bers & Hairdressers for your services: Catanza’s Barber Shop (Bobby Catanza & Maria Ursetti), Robert Patrick Salon (Alieshia Quinn) and

Hair Designs @1340 (Jeannie Bentley). Thank you to Fr. Misenko, Mrs. Kuchta and Mr. Modzeleski for your constant support and guidance throughout the year.

Lastly, thank you to Eric, Amy & Shane Haddad for so graciously sharing your story with us. You have taught the Holy Trinity Community what it is to be strong, courageous and to have faith.

To Coach Theo and Coach Dan, your enthusiasm for faith and fitness united our Holy Trinity Family for a higher purpose. With Gratitude,

Noreen, Marlene, Sandra and Erika
