As facilitator of the highly successful SMART Innovation conferences in London for the past 5 years, KARL STORZ is now introducing smaller, more locally focussed events in a number of locations around the UK. We are proud to be hosting a central meeting in the Education Centre of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on December 8th.
The SMART Innovation Day has a focus on the engine room of the hospital, the Operating Theatre. It seeks to share best practice models, harnessing the experience of Clinicians, NHS Managers and MedTech companies to deliver solutions that will enable you to Save Money and Resources in Theatres.
The day will offer a varied programme of industry and healthcare speakers on Theatre-focussed topics such as resource management, safety, quality, innovative procurement, effective team-building, cost control, risk avoidance and establishing the optimum operating environment.
