Keech KMB Keech Australia With a proven design suitable for use on all load, haul and dump underground loaders, the Keech Mechanical Bucket (KMB) features a front lip section which is bolted on, rather than welded. The unique design enables the lip to be removed and replaced on site in under three hours, making it ideal for use in underground mining applications. Designed to incorporate the Keech Armourblade TM welded edge system or the Keech Wearpact TM hammerless mechanical edge system, the KMB is available in a range of sizes from 7 cubic metres right up to 12 cubic metres to suit all scoop loaders. The Armourblade TM and Wearpact TM edge systems are available in full or semi-spade configuration. Attaching the bucket using the Keech Expander® System, which dramatically reduces machinery downtime and maintenance costs by eliminating the need to weld and line bore worn pivots, will further reduce operational costs. Manufactured from long-life quench and temper steel, the design has been proven in overseas markets. For peace of mind, Keech works with each customer individually to customise a wear protection system for the application at hand. In addition to the KMB, Keech offers standard rock buckets for all underground loaders, complete with G.E.T and wear protection. With a proven design suitable for use on all load, haul and dump underground loaders, the Keech Mechanical Bucket (KMB) features a front lip section which is bolted on, rather than welded. The unique design enables the lip to be removed and replaced on site in under three hours, making it ideal for use in underground mining applications.

Designed to incorporate the Keech ArmourbladeTM welded edge system or the Keech WearpactTM hammerless mechanical edge system, the KMB is available in a range of sizes from 7 cubic metres right up to 12 cubic metres to suit all scoop loaders. The ArmourbladeTM and WearpactTM edge systems are available in full or semi-spade configuration.
