AMS01 concerns new developed, and new to develop, multi-tenant warehouses divided in three phases (B, C and D), projected on Schiphol Logistics Park. Phases B and C are already developed and directly available, phase D will be developed in the near future.

Phase B consists in total approx. 11,655 sq m. Phase A, located next to phase B, of approx. 7,744 sq m is already leased on a long-term basis to SEKO.
