1) Open up a browser (Safari, Internet Explorer, Chrome etc).

2) Type in the following address: web.ncc.wa.edu.au/students or go to the school website (ncc.wa.edu.au) and click on Students.

Office 365 3) Click on the icon Office 365.

4) Enter your cewa email address and password that is in your letter. It will be your

first letter of your name followed by your last name. You may have letters after your

surname. This is followed by @student.cewa.edu.au

Ex. jblogs@student.cewa.edu.au or jdoe12@student.cewa.edu.au

5) You are now in your Office 365 portal.

• Microsoft Word

• Microsoft PowerPoint

• Microsoft OneDrive

• Microsoft Excel

• Microsoft OneNote

6) To install the Office 365 desktop applications, click the Install Office Apps

button in the top right corner.

NOTE: If you are an iPad user, go to the App Store and download the

following applications:

7) Select Office 2016.

8) After you have downloaded the file, open it and follow the prompts.

9) It may ask for your email address and password again.

Email

1) To access your email from your Office 365 portal, click on the Mail icon in your Office 365 portal.

2) Alternatively, if you have downloaded the Office 365 apps you can search for Outlook on your computer. If prompted, enter in your email address and password found in your letter.

SEQTA

1) To access your SEQTA, go to the student portal: web.ncc.wa.edu.au/students

2) Click on SETQA Learn icon.

3) Log in with your username and password found in your letter.

4) You are now connected to SEQTA.
