1. Can OBMI allow licensees, when adding subspecialties to their licenses, to use work hours for training? 2. Should OAR 337-010-0045(1) be amended to clarify that persons who have not yet graduated from

imaging school may obtain temporary licensure? 3. Can/should the Board establish a policy or practice to indicate how often a temporary license can be

renewed? 4. Can the Board interpret the reciprocity statute (ORS 688.495) to say that, once a person has been licensed

by OBMI through reciprocity with another state, then that person can continue to be renewed, even if our state requirements change (i.e. we add a national credentialing requirement)?

5. Review Board policy – Can certain cases that now come before the Board be delegated to the executive director?

New Business: 1. Discussion of provisional licensure/temporary licensure/ways to enable licensees to cross-train toward

credentialing in another modality a. Proposed new rulemaking for temporary licensure: Allow persons who currently have a medical

imaging license to obtain a temporary license in a different modality, for the purposes of obtaining the necessary experience to sit for the registry exam.

2. Possible consent agenda process for certain disciplinary cases 3. For consideration: Do we want to cut off provisional licenses on 12-31-13? 4. OHSU is talking about discontinuation of Bone D classes. There may be no Bone D classes in Oregon. 5. Some proposed agenda ideas for July 12 retreat
