During that time he has led and launched magazines, websites, shows, and e-newslet-ters focused on the defense sector. He has a Masters of Print Journalism from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Albright College.

Joe is president and chairman of PICMG, a consortium that develops open standards for the communication industry and other markets.
