Today’s Speaker
"Come prepared to laugh and learn with Elaine
Charal at her "Power of the Pen". Learn how
to communicate more effectively with friends
and family through knowing what the strokes of
Handwriting mean! Everyone will get a good
idea of their strengths and talents from Elaine's
Presentation … she'll be looking for about 10
volunteers who would like to fill out her
Handwriting Form … those who volunteer will
need a good sense of humour and not mind
being singled out!"

Wine Appreciation
Tony Jardine and Diane Burley were
the winners of our most recent wine
tasting event on June 12.
Contact: Jeff and Ann Cox 685-9900
We meet once a month, usually in the late
afternoon as a group of 12 or less in a member’s
home. Each person pays $15 to the host who is
responsible for choosing and buying the wine for
that month as well as providing simple
appetizers.
There is a final get together of everyone at which
we choose our favorite wine of the year.
This group is organized much like the dining in
groups, where people who are away a number of
months will be spread throughout the groups, so
"snowbirds" can join in.
