TFS mandated diversity & minority-owned firms as “lead underwriters” with all responsibility for distributing bonds and managing deal execution
Elevated the stature of our valued diversity partners within the industry among traditional “big banks,” investors, and potential new talent from larger Wall Street firms & university
Partnered with Lebenthal & Co. and Citi; African-American owned, Hispanic-American owned, serviced-disabled veteran-owned and woman-owned firms were involved & actively participated
