Scope of DesignI created these deliverables based off the logo you choose for your company. The logo is a pale green and brown owl, with Catholic Kidz in a fun bold font on the owls stomach. The logo was created so that the icon and the type could be separated. The following deliverables were asked to be created and were created. They are a business card, letter head, website, book cover and a facebook cover. I also added on the second book cover. The overall compositions of the deliverables all go together
with theme of neutral colors and kid friendly.

Business Card
Catholic KidzDorothy Turner-Jones
A friendly kids book writer
Email: [email protected]: 554-665-KIDZ
For the business card I wanted to keep things simple for you but still be able to attract the kids and parents eyes. So
the business card is set up to be a 2in by 2in square with the logo on the front then the information on the back.
Using the colors from the logo for your information.

Letter HeadDorothy Turner-JonesEmail: [email protected]

For the letter head, again, I wanted to keep things clean and simple. I put the logo small in the upper right conner of the paper and put the information in
orange and green colors from the logo right next to it. It’s an 8 1/2 by 11 piece of paper. This way you will have a lot of
white space to write.

VisionThe Catholic Kids book series is committed to providing readers with material that proclaims the gospel message. It seeks to guide, empower and help readers nd God in everything that is beautiful, just and true. To nd the spirit of Christ in the simplis-tic things: nature, friends, the rain and a rainbow.
For the website, I wanted to make it look very kid friendly. As well as staying with the logo theme. The greens and oranges are used from the logo, as well as the back ground are the owls repeated the toned down. For the home page we tagged on your vision and your mission statement so that your readers can be
informed on what your going for with your books you are writing.

Dudley Sparksand theEight Invitation
For this book cover my partner created a little scene
for the book. We have a room with a front door with the eight invitation
falling out of the mail slot. Creating a friendly invitation
of curiously to read this book. The colors will attract the kids eyes as well as the
cartoon scene.

Say Goodbye to the Old Hollow Tree
Book Cover TwoFor this book cover I went
with the hollow tree theme. I used the same font from your logo and some of the same colors to keep things constant. I put in a drawing
of a hollow tree with two little owls in the hole peeking out.

Facebook Cover
Catholic KidzSeeks to guide, empower and help readers find god in everything that is beautiful, just and true.
For the facebook cover photo I kept the theme going with the website. I used the same back-
ground that is on your website in the cover photo. I also used the same colors again, but I
changed the Catholic Kidz color to orange in the logo so it could show up with the background.
Then I grabbed a tag line from your vision. That way some people can get information about you
just by looking at your cover photo.
