Executive SummaryThe Etiquette and Design Academy will attempt to be the leading academy in Al-Ain. Etiquette and design Academy is one particular place which serves its students with the required skills and knowledge which later help a student in showing the ability they posses. It is a step to sustain the on going trends in designing discipline as well as in simple etiquettes of self presentation; its a step to ensure that the industry is provided by exceptional talent. The Academy provides an exceptional level of training to those students who can excel in the field of design and which lack the knowledge of etiquette.

Business ResearchThe objective of this academy is to explore the field of etiquette in general and design for perspective and in fulfillment of the objective we will be required to conduct a series of surveys to obtain the appropriate target market and to see whether there are potential students to make our business successful or not. We have decided to hand out Questionnaires to the target market and from there we can analyze what kind of programs the public really wants, because the type of service which we provide is not being marketed at a professional level. After analyzing our surveys we will launch small stalls in local malls and popular shopping districts to further study the market.Business StrategyPolicy & ProceduresUpon registrations Students can join for a short course of 3 months and fees are to be made for the whole course at one time. No payments will be on monthly basis. Tuition paymentStudents pay lesson tuition in full for a course. We accept payment by cash only. All students agree to and sign the Policy and Registration Forms before the Academy processes tuition payment. Email updates notify students for payment due respectively.

Missed Lessons and Make-Up LessonsNo refunds or credits are allowed for missed lessons. If an instructor is ill and the Academy cannot arrange for a substitute, any make-up lessons schedule according to the teacher's availability;exceptional situations assessed by instructor.SMART ObjectivesAn objective can be explained as the description of the goals that an organization wants to achieve. So these objectives should be Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Relevant and Time Based.Specific ObjectivesThe specific objectives of the organization are to focus on personal abilities of a person and make them presentable to others in a unique manner. The objective of the Etiquette and design Academy is one particular place which serves its students with the required skills and knowledge which later help a student in showing the ability they possess.MeasureableThese objectives are also measurable through the increase in the personal traits of the student which can be assessed through a survey. And this survey will be done after one month so that feedback of the students can be collected and from that feedback it can be analyzed that whether the change is positive or negative.AchievableThese objectives will help the workers and the students of the academy to achieve the desired goals of both of them. These objectives are not complex in nature but it requires full motivation of the students and the mentors to acquire these goals. Relevant & Time basedAs the relevancy and timeframe to get the effective results is necessary and of vital importance for the organization. So the timeframe and strict instruction regarding fulfilling of all the steps is placed. This will give the academy cutting edge over the competitors and is also the ultimate goal of the organization.Description of the Firms Products/ServicesThe Academy will be introducing a series of courses of the modern art of design and general concepts of etiquette.
