WhatisAgileHumanResources?Agility is one of the most essential competencies for corporations in the age of rapid change and development. Forcorporateagility,wemustrevolutionizeourHRprocessesandapproaches.AgileHRcomesintoplayatthisstage.

AnAgile corporation consistsof self-organizing andhighly-disciplined teams.These teams caneasilyputHR’shaton.TeamsandAgileHRteamorganizethenecessarytrainingtogether,theydotherecruitmenttogether.Theycanevenchoosegiftstogethertobeexchanged.TheAgileHRtransformationincorporationsbringsnewopportunitiesaswell.AgileHRdoesnotchangeonlythestructureofHR,butalsoprovidesincredibleopportunitiestotransformthewholestructureintoAgile.
