Clann Cardo is a gorgeous grey, 6-year-old Holsteiner stallion, standing approxi-mately 16.2 hands. This elegant stallion descends from some of the greatest Holstein bloodlines in show jumping history. Sired by Chicardo, who was by Clinton, this fancy 6-year-old has nothing to offer but excellence.

Chicardo, his sire, was champion of his 2007 licensing (AHHA) earning 52 bonits and 9’s in jumping and 8’s for his trot and canter. He was also reserve Champion of the German FN authorized 2011 North American 70-day Sporthorse Stallion Test. Chicardo ranked #2 in dressage and earned a rare perfect “10” for his character. Chicardo stamps his foals with lovely heads, great movement, superior jumping technique and an inner desire to please their riders.

Clann Cardo’s grandsire, Clinton is an impressive Holstein stallion with seemingly unlimited scope, incredible willingness to achieve and a performance-oriented pedi-gree. In 2005 he was Holstein reserve champion under Tomas Voss, and was ranked among the top WBF Jumper sires of the world. Clinton also won team silver in the Asian Games.

Clann Cardo is schooling 4 foot fences and showing at the 1.10m level. Profes-sional rider, Janet Hischer says, “ he has the most comfortable canter I have ever experienced”. Galileo is 3-years-old and is already showing vivid potential as a jumper! This chestnut gelding is a very handsome, well-mannered warmblood. Standing at approximately 16.1 hands with room to grow, this 3-year-old free jumps with brilliant style and technique. He has great rhythm, power, and instincts. His traits have been passed down to him by his sire, Gaditano (Galoubet x Martina) and his dam Chuyana Z (Carthago Z x Quarelle van de Geilroede).

In 1980, Galileo’s grandsire Galoubet won the Nations Cups in Aachen, Chaudefontaine, Long-champ and Toronto (and was second in New York). He placed 8th at the World Cup final in Baltimore and 8th at the Alternative Olympic Games in Rotterdam.

Galileo’s dam, Chuyana Z, descends from impressive bloodlines as well. Carthago Z, her sire, ridden by Jos Lansink, was very successful at the Olympic Games in Atlanta and Sydney as well as the EK in Hickstead in 1999. He also placed 2nd in the Grand Prix of Aachen.

With the blend of extraordinary bloodlines from Galoubet and Carthago Z, sup-ported by their impressive show records, Galileo’s natural gift is undoubted. With the combination of blood-lines from his sire, Voltaire, and grandsire, on the dam’s side, Bolivar, Zephyr Valor has the same eye catching style and movement as his ancestors. Over his life time Zephyr Valor’s sire, Voltaire showed off his jumping ability, by jumping 1.50m courses in international show rings in Calgary, Stockholm, Lanaken, Helsinki, Wiesbaden, and Wembley. He not only made a name for himself by competing at such high levels, but he was the winner of the Grand Prix of Berlin in 1989. With his extraordinary jumping ability and his grand dressage movements, Voltaire passes his mastery onto his offspring.

On the dam’s side, Bolivar, a bay Dutch Warmblood, was imported from Holland as a youngster by Faith Fessensen. Bolivar had a very successful show jumping career with numerous results in the Preliminary and Modified Open Jumpers. Along with his show jumping career, Bolivar competed nationally and internationally in FEI dressage competitions. He had an exceptional canter and often scored 9s on his pir-ouettes. Bolivar passes his hard working attitude, uphill movement, and exceptional canter onto his sons and daughters.

In addition to winning many grand prix’s and competing in 15 Nations Cups, Carthago Z finished in 11th place individual-ly with rider Jos Lansink in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. The pair also competed for Holland at the Sydney Olympic Games.

On the dam’s side, the talent and jumping abilities speaks for themselves. Cornejo Jr.’s dam, Walkiria, sired by Wolkenstein II, showed off her jumping capabilities by competing in the Junior/Amateur Jumpers in the United States. With many victories at this competitive level of show jumping, she has passed down her skills to her off-spring, as her ancestors did before her.

Wolkentein II is one of the best sons of Weltmeyer. With faultless character, extraordi-nary willingness to perform, tremendous presence and outstanding dressage and jump-ing ability, Wolkenstein is not only a great performer; he also passes on his outstanding talent and presence to his offspring. He won the three-year-old stallion’s classification at the Federal Championships of German Riding Horses in 1993, best stallion of his year-group in 1994, and the Freiherr von Stenglin-Prize in 1994.

Arrcarda’s grandsire, Clinton (Carolus I x Wagge I) is a textbook example of a Hol-stein performance stallion. He won team silver at the Asian Games in 2008 with rider Ariana Azcarraga and many other international prizes.

On Arrcarda’s dam’s side, her great grandsire, Ahorn Z became an international jumping legend with the Dutch team competing in many World Cups and Grand Prix’s. He inherited his extraordinary movement from his dam’s sire, Ganeff. His offspring are often of his type and size, having beautiful haunches and exceptional movement. Page 23: SVS 2013 Spring

Quite Easy Z, is a 6-year-old Zangersheide stallion, standing at approximately 16.2 hands. Quite Easy Z comes from tremendous bloodlines. These bloodlines have been proven to produce incredible agility, jumping style and top performances in the most competitive competitions in the world. Quite Easy Z is sired by Quidam de Revel, one of the best performers of his generation. This stallion had an outstanding show jumping career that he has passed down to his offspring. In 2004, Quidam de Revel topped the World Breeding Cham-pionships Jumping Stallion ratings for the second year running, establishing himself as the pre-eminent - and most expensive - living sire of jumping horses. On the dam’s side, Quite Easy Z’s grandsire Caridor Z, has proven his incredible jumping power and ability time and time again. Under Jos Lansink this stallion had two clear rounds at the World Equestrian Games in Jerez de la Frontera, ensured, together with three colleagues, that Belgium, 26 years after the Montreal Olympics, could finally add a bronze medal to its list. In the same World Equestrian Games Caridor Z also finished as the individual 6th. Caridor Z had come fourth in the Arnhem European Championship and won the Nations Cup with the Belgian team in Aachen 2001 and has since belonged to the best of the Belgian team at all major CSIO’s from Rome to Dublin. Caridor Z passes on his great character consistently in his offspring. At a young age, Quite Easy Z has begun his successful show jumping career by becoming the Western Canadian’s leading 5 year old in 2012.

This magnificent stallion’s bloodlines speak for themselves. Sired by Le Sauvage, by Le Grand I and Ella and his dam, Rascal Z, by Ramiro Z and Ascot Z, this stallion has the lineage to produce amazing offspring.

Le Sauvage is an extremely athletic power-house with enormous rideability and work-ing ambition. His jumping capacity, technique and style are simply spectacular and show up in his offspring. Le Sauvage himself was approved by the Studbook Zangers-heide because of the extraordinary genetic value of his bloodline construction.

On the dam’s side, Ramiro Z was one of the first stallions to appear in the sport. Throughout his show jumping career, he had a great number of wins at all levels of show jumping from Nations Cups, Puissance (jumping over 2.2 meters) to interna-tional Grand Prix competitions.

Lamborghini Z is approved both Zangershiede & North American Oldenburg. He attended the 2000 Stallion Test in Sacramento, CA under test director Rudy Leone. He scored excellent marks, especially in the jumping portions of the test; placing 1st in the short test and 3rd overall. He made quite an impression when he free jumped out of the arena at 6’8” on the 1st day of the short test! He was then ridden by Mark Laskin, Tammi Phillips and later returned to his breeder, Eberharte Bahle of Okanogan Show Jumping Stables. Eberharte competed all over the Northwest, Spruce Meadows and CA at Grand Prix level. These fine bloodlines have proven their success repeatedly from generation to genera-tion and are strongly present in Lamborghini Z.

Leandro F’s pedigree reads as a “who’s who” in the jumping world.
