Case StudyCase Study– Maximizing the sale

A client with a radio campaign that had stumbled out of the testing “gate” at another call center asked Synergixx to see if their campaign could thrive in a different environment. The first thing Synergixx did was to sit-down as a group to listen to the creative and review the scripts and calls from the previous call center. Our review uncovered a Call-To-Action (CTA) that seemed to bring in unqualified callers. When we reviewed the script we noticed that the first position offer cost $99 and put the customer on autoship, something their particular customer base could not afford. After a few minor script changes, including adding more product information to the top of the sales script and moving the down-sell into first position and the $99 auto ship offer to the up-sell position, we were able to increase conversion by 25% and increase the up-sell conversion to 15%! This campaign still thrives at Synergixx today.
