What is Terrorism?
“The unlawful use of force against persons or property to intimidate or
coerce a government, civilian population, or any segment thereof, in
the furtherance of political or social objectives.”

Come from the village of Naxalbari in West Bengal, where the movement originated.

Spread into less developed areas of rural central and eastern India.

•Government also allocates a separate amount for the development of these areas.
