Overview of phases in the challenge

PHASE 1

Registrations are invited through

selected colleges’ placement

cells. The first phase of

evaluation is predominantly run

online.

• Mentoring sessions with the

CXO’s Executive Office will

take place at intervals

• Mentors will provide timely

feedback and progress checks

having been a part of the CXO

office for 3.5 to 4 weeks
