OUT & ABOUT A NICE MESSAGE FROM A RECENT VISITOR: “A huge thank you to the Quairading Shire for a wonderful day. Three ladies from Kellerberrin Seniors group attended your x-mas lunch today and had a great time. The meal was delicious, the entertainment enjoyable and the young boys serving were very attentive and met our every need. Once again thank you to the organisers and thank you for the invitation”- Barbara Nelson. We’d also like to add on a extra thank you to Cheryl, helpers, salad donors and the Q shire for their efforts! GENERAL WASTE & RECYCLING COLLECTION CHRISTMAS WEEK 2017: We have made the following arrangements for the collection of services which would normally be done during the week 25th to 29th December 2017. General Waste and Recycling will be collected on Sunday 24th December instead of Monday 25th December. All services will be as normal for the New Year Week. All Christmas run information will be posted on our website avonwaste.com.au DOCTOR’S SURGERY (SKIN CLINIC CHARGES FOR LIQUID NITROGEN TREATMENT): Please note all appointments for SKIN CLINIC CHECKS ARE BULK BILLED. However, if your lesion/s requires Cryo (Liquid Nitrogen), a fee of $10 will apply. Follow-up for the same lesion/s will incur a cost of $5. Attendance for new lesion/s will again incur a $10 fee with subsequent follow-ups for same lesion/s being $5. This fee applies to all patients requiring Liquid Nitrogen treatment. DO YOU HAVE ENOUGH MEDICATION? Please remember to ensure you have up to date scripts and enough medication to see you through the Christmas/New Year Holidays. Reopening on Thursday 11th January. PIANO LESSONS FOR 2018: We are currently in the process of obtaining a piano teacher for Quairading in 2018. Piano lessons are recommended to any child 6 years of age and older. RED CARD FOX SHOOT: The Quairading LCDC is organising a Red Card Fox Shoot for 16th &17th February 2018.
