FRIDAY NIGHTS AT GOLDEN GRAIN CAFÉ: Buffet Dinner of assorted meals and sweets. $25 dine in (all you can eat!) or $13 take away. Every Friday night from 5:30pm. Bookings essential, call 9645 1440. CATHOLIC PARISH CAKE STALL: Saturday morning 11 th November. Raffle tickets on sale in Co–op during week of 11 th . Any manner of help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! REMEMBRANCE DAY 2017: A Remembrance Day service will take place at the shire memorial at 11:00am Saturday 11 th November. The 100 th anniversary of the battle of Beersheba and the 75 th anniversary of Kokoda in particular will be remembered. At the completion of the service morning tea will be at the Golden Grain Café. QUAIRADING CLUB: All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy (or anyone else for that matter!) so give yourself a break from harvest and come in for a drink, a dance, some Mexican food and a catch up to see how everyone else’s harvest is going.
