That’s why we offer local meeting vouchers* to get you started in the Weight Watchers® program. With these vouchers, you can attend Weight Watchers® meetings in your community at no cost to you. This program provides support and education to help you meet your weight-loss goals.

* Vouchers should be valued the same as cash. They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Use of these vouchers may not be combined with any other offer, and they cannot be transferred. These vouchers may be used only in participating areas in the United States. Vouchers have been prepaid by AmeriHealth Caritas DC.

Who can join? AmeriHealth Caritas DC members who meet the following requirements:

• Are 18 years old or older with a goal to lose weight

• Are 13 – 17 years old with parent or guardian permission

• Can commit to attending at least three meetings every month

Members must complete the AmeriHealth Caritas DC Health Risk Assessment and be evaluated for the Care Management program to receive vouchers for the Weight Watchers® program from AmeriHealth Caritas DC.

What is the Weight Watchers® program?The Weight Watchers® program helps you reach your weight-loss goals with the help of a trained meeting Leader and group support.

Through this program, you will be able to:

• Receive a set of local meeting vouchers* from AmeriHealth Caritas DC to attend Weight Watchers® meetings in your community

• Achieve Weight Watchers® Lifetime membership once you reach and maintain your goal weight. Lifetime members can continue to attend meetings at no charge as long as you continue to weigh in at least one time a month and are no more than two pounds over your goal.

• Access tools online or through a smartphone for extra motivation as you go

AmeriHealth Caritas DC only covers the cost of Weight Watchers® vouchers*. All other costs are the member’s responsibility.
