Cheerleading Go Team! Students will learn arm motions, jumps, dance, pom pom and cheer routines. WILLOW GLEN CHILDREN’S THEATER (WGCT) Give your child the chance to act on stage! Kids participate in the entire process of creating an original play, from the first spark of an idea to the final moment of taking a bow on stage. The workshop draws children in right from the start with theatre games and impro-vised scenes. Our unique approach will teach your kid tools that they can apply to their everyday life and will help them make new friends through the magic of theatre. TENNIS-Cardio Tennis This high energy fitness activity combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, de-livering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It's a social and fun class for players of all abil-ity levels taught by a certified teaching professional. If you've never played tennis before it is a great introduc-tion to the sport and if you are an experienced tennis player it is a great way to train for tennis. ABOUT TODD DISSLY ATHLETICS: Todd Dissly Athletics (TDA) was honored by Racquet Sports Industry (RSI) as the 2013 Champion of Tennis. In 2012 TDA was awarded the USPTA Service to Tennis Award. Additionally, based on their extensive work and success with junior tennis players, the USTA selected TDA to run one of the first ever Early Development Cen-ters in the country (2011). Director Caryn Cranston led the 12 and Under tennis teams to the championships in the Orange & Green levels in 2014. Todd Dissly has led the Los Gatos Wildcats to over 25 titles in the last 14 years.

Spanish 1 This introductory course will focus on learning basic elements of the Spanish language, including how to speak using common expres-sions. KINDERPREP

This class prepares your child for kindergarten with age-appropriate activities, learning concepts, socialization skills and fun. Flower Arrangement Workshop Learn to balance color while creating center pieces that fit within a shoe-string budget. Design a “Martha Stewart” style bouquet from a simple $14 grocery store bouquet. You will also learn to create floral arrangements from a bud vase to a round/horizontal centerpiece to beautify your home. Lapidary* Turn those dirty rocks into shiny pieces of art. This specialized craft uses machines to cut and polish rocks and gemstones into decorative items (not for re-sale). Additional supply fees may be required.

Up-cycled Arts

Waste not, want not. Learn to use everyday items that you have at home to create a new work of art. Students will learn how to revamp and up-cycle household items that need a new look. Examples of items include: vases, picture frames, plates, and much more. Bring an item on the first day of class in order to spark ideas with other classmates.

Watercolor & Pastel-Beg & Int/Adv Enjoy exploring different techniques in watercolor using a variety of papers and materials. Use pastels focusing on portraits and still life compositions. Design ways for using pastels and watercolor in combinations.

Woodcarving* Grab your favorite piece of wood and carving tools and join the group. Participants work on their own projects while socializing. Beginners are welcome. Participants provide their own supplies.

Line Dancing * Put on your dancing shoes or boots and join the fun! Participants dance to a variety of songs.

Ballroom Dancing * Come join others for some dancing and fun socializing. Dress is casual and singles are welcomed. Come try out the exciting world of ballroom dancing; including the slow gliding foxtrot and sensuous rumba, to a vivacious cha cha... there is something for everyone. No partners or previous experience needed, just a desire to have some fun! Music is provided by volunteer DJ’s Peter and Ray.

Line Dancing– Level One Beginner Great for a person with two left feet who needs the extra TLC! This is an introductory class appropriate for anyone who has never line danced before. Come find out how much fun your two feet will learn! The lessons are easy and a great experience.

Camp San Jose CAMP SAN JOSE @ WILLOW GLEN At Camp San Jose your child gets an unforgettable, traditional summer camp experience for under $5 an hour! Your child will be playing crazy games, sports, creating cool arts & crafts projects, singing funny songs and embarking on a weekly, entertaining field trip. Our price includes a low leader to child ratio-1:10, field trips, one Camp San Jose shirt for the summer, skill building, new friendships, disguised learning and much more! KinderCamp KINDER CAMP @ KIRK COMMUNITY CENTER This camp prepares your child for kindergarten with age-appropriate activities, learning concepts, socialization skills and fun. Your child will learn alphabet sounds, shapes and colors. Children will participate in songs, dance, sharing, daily work-sheets, structured & free play, and outside play time. Camp Leadership The Leadership Camp is designed for ages 11-13 year olds that need a more mature camp, Typical Fun camp but with age appropriate activities. Art Exploration Camp This visual arts program uses a variety of art media that will inspire students in the creation of their own original works of art! To top it off, the last day of camp they will become their favorite dinosaur at our dinosaur party. ECO Engineering with LEGO® LEGO® Super Heroes need your help to defeat the destructive forces of their evil arch-villians! Explore inventions such as Spider-Man's web shooter and the Bat Wing. Learn what makes them not only Super Heroes, but Super Hero Engineers! Discover how these gadgets works using real world concepts in phys-ics, engineering, and architecture. Engineering FUNdamentals: Mine, Craft, Build LEGO® Bring Minecraft to life using LEGO! Build a motorized walking Creeper, a terrifying Ghast, and a motorized Minecart! This project-based camp, designed by Play-Well instructors, combines the basic format of our core engineering-themed programs based on the world of Minecraft. Students will explore real-world concepts in physics, engineering, and architecture while building their favorite Minecraft objects. Students will have a blast, even without any prior experience with Minecraft or LEGO. Field Hockey Camp Developed from and based on the fundamental program offered by USA Field Hockey, our introductory program is great for beginners and intermediate play-ers who want to work on their fundamental skillsets. Flag Football Camp Ready to play some football? Whether you are a beginner or advanced player, the drills taught at this program will help you improve your game. Our non-contact programs are the perfect introduction to football. Emphasis will be on proper conditioning and warm-ups, footwork drills, agility, passing, receiving, and game strategies. Feel good sending your kids to a football program that's in a fun and safe environment with a motivating and positive coaching staff. This program is perfect for boys and girls ages 7 - 9 and 10 - 12. Participants are grouped by age and ability. Flag Football League Let's play some Football! Our non-contact, Flag Football League is a great way to introduce your young athletes ages 8 -11, to the fun and excitement of playing football, without the contact. In week one, all "Free-Agent" players will be evaluated and put through a series of combine like, football skills and assessment drills. Players will be taught the fundamentals of the sport including footwork, positioning, passing and receiving skills and Flag Foot-ball rules and regulations.
