bring to life the colorful biblical story of Joseph, a young man who was sold into slavery but rises his way to Pha-

raoh’s right hand through his interpre-tation of dreams and visions. Filled with memorable music, Joseph and

the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is one of the most enduring family

musicals of all time.

Ages 12-18The play opens as the student

Lucentio arrives in Padua. He hears that the merchant Baptista has two daughters, but the younger, prettier

daughter, Bianca, cannot be mar-ried before her strong-willed sister,

Katherina.

The Taming of the Shrew

AUDITIONING FOR KIDZ ACTFor musical auditions you are asked to sing 32 bars of a song you have prepared. An accompanist will be provided, please bring sheet music. You may bring a recording without vocals if you do not have sheet music. You will be taught a choreo-

graphed dance as part of the audition.

For play auditions please prepare a 1 minute monologue of your choosing.

This class focuses on beginning theatre skills: singing, basic stage

directions, learning lines, along with lots of fun, and a treasure hunt!

Take a journey through a story.Begin to learn the core essentials of acting; listening, blocking, choreography, and memorization. Dates: Saturdays, January 13 - March 10 Time: 9:00am - 10:30pmORDates: Saturdays, January 8 - March 5 Time: 4:30pm - 6:00pmTuition: $300

In this class students work at an increased level of intensity as an

ensemble to create, rehearse, and perform a mini musical.

Emerging Artists

Intro to Improv

Ages 11 - 14

An advanced course for the students who are ready to learn the next level of performance. This class is a core focus class designed to help each student individually on the fundamentals of theatre. We will be focusing on all creative elements including vocal, movement, and act-ing techniques to better their understanding of performance aspects and the theatre itself.

Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, January 9 - March 8 Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pmTuition: $450

Intro to Improv is a beginner’s improv class that will teach you the core basics of improvi-

sational acting. Actors will be given the op-portunity to perform in a showcase at the end

of the session. Musical improv, long form scene work, and short form games will be

emphasized in this fast paced, action packed, and fun-filled environment.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 10 - March 7Time: 4:30pm - 6:30pm

Acting and Improv for ASD & SPDActors will learn teamwork, patience, sensory awareness, and communication through emo-tion-oriented, confidence-building theatre games. Classes will take place in a noise and light-sensitive theatre with a quiet waiting area for parents and students. The class is led by theatre professionals who have 20 years of dedicated experience creating fun, welcoming, and safe classroom environments for all students.Acting & Improv for ASD & SPD is tailored to the specific needs and interests of each student. Partic-ipants will receive personal attention and are en-couraged to demonstrated their ideas in their own unique way. A showcase will be presented on the last day of class.Dates: Fridays, January 12 - March 9 Time: 5:00pm - 6:00pmTuition: $100
