I hereby acknowledge that Raia Dotu Sinai Lada, resident at Sanvordem. concessionaire of the iron and manganese oxides mine denominated «Canvorem Dongrachem Advona and Navelem Dongrachem Palsona», situated at Ca·nvorem of Co~ lomba of Sanguem Taluka, of -the :title of 'concessi:on number one hundl'<ed, of nineth of October of nin'eteen hundred and fifty three, of an area of ,twenty two hectares and one thousand three hundr.ed and fifty square metres, having transmitted the same mining concession to Prabacar Datarama ISinai Cur~ chorcar, resident at Curchorem, undergoing all ,the legal formruities, and by public deed written out on .the twenty eight of Marc:q of nineteen hundred and ,sixty three, by the aoting Notary of Salcete Taluka, '~hri Rau'l Gerson Purifi­ca'.;ao de Santa Rita Vaz, the mentIoned Prabacar Datarama Sinai Curchorcar, resident at Curchorem, having attached all the legal documents necessary, has 'applied for the regis~ tration in his favour .the transmission of the concession bought. 4th -- To pay for damages and injury caused to neigh­bours by waoors accumulated in the works, and if these are not draillled, this shall be ordered.

'5th - To start work within six months from the date of publication of the tiltle of concession, except in ci,rcumstances of force major duly proved.

6th - To carry out annually works corresponding to a progress of 3 metres 'a;t least ,in claims of precious metals or stones or 200 metres in any other mineral deposit or to expend at least Rs. 2857-15 Ps. per alluvial claim or Rs. 7142--86 Ps. per «dreadging claim»:

a) Progress works may be carried on in only one or .jill

It is hereby made known that Manoramabai Xetie, alias Manoramabai, vidow, land-lady of Ribandar, residing pre­sently at Belgao, proving by all the documents attached to her app1icajion that in the division .of the estate originated due to th..e death of her husband Radacrisna Narana Xetie, of Ribanda-r: ·which occurred .on the tenth of December nine­teen hundred a~d sixty, she has acquired by virtue of the payment half the share due to her, the mineral concession -of iron 'and manganese exides, known 'as «-Coti D.ongor», having an area of ninety nine hectares, eight th.ousand four hundred square metres, situated at Pirla of Quepem Taluka, .obtained by the late Radhacrisna Narana Xetie, by the title of c.oncession number nine, dated Ithe twenty fourth February nineteen hundred and fifty, the said Manoramabai applied for the registration of the transmission .of the ab.ove menti.oned concession in her favour.
