In addition, it has already taken over the assets of the Supply Undertakings at Mapu~a, Margao, Ponda, Sanvordem-Curchorem, Quepem & Sanguem from the Ex­-Ltcenseies who ,were operating ,at these pIaces.

The Condition and MisceJlaneous charges for supply of EIect:r:ical Energy approvied by the Go:vernment and applicable uniformly, to all these places, has be'en brought out in the form of a bookl1et under the tttle «ConditIons and MiscelIa-11€OUS Charges for Supply of Electrical 'Energy» and is priced at 50 nP. 'each. These 'copies are on sale to the Public and may be had at the following Offices of the Electricity Depal"t­miffilt:

2nd - Responsibility for damages which mining causes to another party.

3rd - To ,compensate for damages o.r injury caused by fue a,ccumulation 'of the water in the workings, in conducting it o.utside, or its UinitI"oductton into. T'itV,ers, rivuiletiJs or gUlt1Je'ris under the cases determined by law and special regulations regarding mines and when it is proved such water is noxious.
