The couple also have two daughters, Menda, who is nearly lour years old, and Michelle, 13 months. Mrs. Pike is the former Marilyn Rogers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Rogers of LuRu Lane, Sparta. The infant weighed only 4 lbs. 7 oz. at birth and remained at the hospital until last Sunday. The new parents report that she is gaining satisfactorily. Mrs. Korstange is the former Suzanne Lau^e, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Laude of 2600 East Beltline Road and the paternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Kor- stange of 750 Helena, all of Grand Rapids. Funeral Services Thursday for Mrs, Jane Witbeck of Sparta Funeral services will be held at one o'clock on Thursday after- noon at the Hessel-Cheslek Chap- el in Sparta for Mrs. Jane F. AVitbeck, aged 53, of 146 Kings Blvd., Sparta, who passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning, January 20, at Blodgett Memorial Hospital, Grand Rapids, after a short illness. She was the widow of the late Allan Witbeck, former personnel manager at the Sparta Foundry Division of the Muskegon Piston Ring Company, who was killed in an airplane crash on August 21, 1967. The former Jane F. Fletcher was born on July 25, 1916, in Illinois and came to Sparta from Grand Rapids in 1954. She was a member of the Sparta United Methodist Church and its Carr Circle, also the Ladies Literary Club. She had been active in school affairs and the P.T.A. Mrs. Witbeck is survived by one daughter, Diane, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Helen Canady of Battle Creek and Mrs. Dean (Dorothy) Price of Tulsa, Okla- homa; and one brother. Jack Fletcher of Battle Creek. The Rev. Paul E. Patterson, pastor of the Sparta United Meth- odist Church, will officiate at the funeral services. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Grand Rapids. The f o r m e r Jane F . F l e t c h e r w a s born on July 25, 1916, in I l l ino is and came to Spa r t a f r o m G r a n d Rap ids in 1954.

She w a s a m e m b e r of the S p a r t a United Methodist Church and i t s C a r r C i r c l e , a lso the L a d i e s L i t e r a r y Club. She had been ac t ive in school a f f a i r s and the P .T .A .

M a r g a r e t Hepinstal l , aged 44, of Phoenix, Arizona, who p a s s e d away suddenly on T h u r s d a y , J a n -u a r y 15, in that c i ty . She w a s the wife of Ward B. Hepins ta l l .

The f o r m e r M a r g a r e t Wade w .s born on J a n u a r y 19, 1925, in Michigan and lived in S p a r t a many y e a r s b e f o r e moving to G r a n d Rapids about four y e a r s ago. The Hepins ta l l s had been in Ar izona s ince las t S e p t e m b e r .
