The Publisher is not liable for damages result-ing from entire ommission of an advertise-

ment or any portion thereof.Credit adjustments are limited to the valueof paid space by the advertiser. A claim forany allowance in the event of an error mustbe made within ten (10) days after the erro-neous or omitted insertion. Credit is allow-able only for the first day of publication. Skids may not exceed2800 pounds. Wire bundles of preprintedsupplements will not be accepted. A mini-mum 4” floor clearance is required.

CARTONSCartons must be fully packed or dunnagedinternally. Each carton should be packedwith the same quantity and count. All car-tons must be strapped on skids or palletsand each carton must be marked with thequantity of preprints it contains, the name ofthe newspaper, and the date of distribution.

The Publisher assumes no liability for anyerrors which may appear in any advertise-ment. All proofs will be carefully read, but inthe event of an inadvertent error or errors,the Publisher will, upon request, provide tothe advertiser a letter which corrects theerror.

The Publisher is not liable for damagesresulting from entire ommission of an adver-tisement or any portion thereof.

Credit adjustments are limited to the valueof paid space by the advertiser. A claim forany allowance in the event of an error mustbe made within ten (10) days after the erro-neous or omitted insertion. Credit is allow-able only for the first day of publication . Ifan advertiser kills an ad on the day ofclearing, advertiser may be subject to a25% cancellation fee based on cost of thead. Advertiser may also be charged $50per hour for production of the ad.
