Laurel Thanksgiving Community Service

Helping the poor is more than just

volunteering to serve a meal to the

poor.

Every year the community of Laurel has a

worship service that addresses the problem of aid for those in hard

times. This year it will be held at The ROCK CHURCH, 820

West 9th Street, here in Laurel– 7:00 p.m. on Sunday Nov. 18th.

It is sponsored by the Laurel Ministerial Association. Pastor Greg

Payton will give the principle message. We are all encouraged to

come together and thank God as a community. A free will

offering is always taken to aid transients.
