Inclement Weather Backup

Should the weather on your special day be less than desirable, we offer a back up indoor venue for your ceremony. The actual space to be used will be dependent on availability on the day.

Use of the resort grounds for photos is complimentary if the ceremony is held at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort.

The Novotel Barossa Valley Resort has recently completed a $2 million refurbishment including brand new bathrooms in our Studio and Superior Suites.

Guest Discounts

Wedding guests are eligible for a 10% discount off accommodation rates for the night of your wedding. The discount is available only through our reservations department and is subject to availability..

Please Note

For weddings held on Friday and Saturday nights, we STRONGLY recommend that guests book at least 3 months in advance to avoid disappointment. The Novotel Barossa Valley Resort utilises dynamic pricing for our rooms. This means that the earlier you book, the more you will save.

Confirmation of Booking

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total estimated value and the signed terms and conditions are required 7 days after event confirmation to confirm your booking.

Menu Tasting

Menu tasting is available Tuesday to Thursday for the bride & groom. Additional guests may participate for $50 per person. Menu tasting is not available for buffet or cocktail menus.

Photo Shoot Afternoon Tea

We are able to provide a take away picnic basket with beverages to take with you during your photo shoot.

Cake To Go

To have your wedding cake portioned and served in your cake bags, please add $3pp.

Winter Savings

A 10% discount off your wedding reception package is offered for all weddings held in June, July and August.
