Customer Flow – training with TLs
Every single required detail and step which is fundamental in assuring an efficient RAMARE process has been carefully listed down in order to be taught to the TLs, and eventually TMs.
Training with the team leaders started earlier last week; until this point, all TLs know how and why we use Podio and workspaces, how to get back to applicants via e-mail and via Skype call, how to prepare for and do an information session, and how to do a Review Board.
TL coaching Meet each of the 4 TLs individually to discuss fears and challenges they might be facing.
Team coaching Meet each team together for an hour meeting in order to align TMs and TL together.
Times are yet to be scheduled for the following week.
Tracking of Realized EPs
The standard I want to be kept is the following:
Followed upon twice during week 1
Followed upon once between Week 2 and 5
Followed upon twice during week 6
Tisha, S&S TLP has followed up with each EP, and they are being well taken care of by their respective hosting entities.
Information Sessions
An information session is being scheduled specifically with each graduate applying. Due to the rawness of TLs and teams, the ISs are 1on1s, but will increase in invitations/regularity every week.
One information session has been held on the 11/11, followed by a series of RBs. More ISs are being scheduled by TLs during the rest of the current week and the next week. Main focus is on graduates applying.
TLP Induction TLP Induction, team management and feedback session
Scheduled for next Sunday from 1400hrs to 1700hrs. Done in collaboration with TMs. All TLs

have confirmed their attendance.
Global Citizen Certificates
A Global Citizen certificate was designed by MKT and is to be offered to each EP from the last and current term.
A budget of 15euros was approved by the MC, but the certificates have not as yet been printed. IXP member being given such task during the next week.
Letter of endorsements
Each EP from last term is to be given a letter of endorsement should they want a detailed document to represent their exchange
All EPs were given the opportunity of doing such letter. Around 10 EPs opted for this letter, and all were given back their letters in PDF, inclusive of my signature and additional feedback as per the feedback we received from their hosting LCs.

Explain main achievements
Increase AIESEC and OGCDP awareness on campus
Collaborations with a number of student organizations,
in order to facilitate exchanges for Winter/Summer
Structure of oGCDP is fully manned; Customer flow
training is work in progress.
3 Re-integrations into our LC, 2 of which are team
leaders in oGCDP and one is campaign coordinator for
OGCDP.
Global Citizen Certificates and endorsement letters.
Explain main bottlenecks
Training of team leaders/team members take time,
which is hindering us from being as efficient as I would
like the flow to be.
Our reach to graduates is not as strong as we envisioned
it to be. New channels being tried.
GIS did confuse our processes, and did not help us as
OGCDP or TM for applications, migration of EPs or
recruitment, but has made matters worse for the time
being.
Main conclusions and learning
Only 17days to go for our Winter Peak and thus the
OGCDP team needs to push more than ever.

Keep an open mind and seek new ways of getting to our
target market i.e graduates
Students are already demanding details for next
Summer’s exchanges, in fact most applicants have
applied for Summer and not for Winter.
