The Team Member Programme offers team management opportunities, personal and professional deveopment opportunities and the chance to engage with a group of people in succesfully developing a project.

The Team Leader Programme provides a leadership and management experience in coordinating a team through a project or within the organization.

The Global Internship Programme provides international proffessional internships in over 110 countries, on areas such as Education, Management or Technical areas.

The Global Community Development Programme offers development internships abroad, in over 110 countries, that will contribute to your personal development and cultural sensitivity.

A Global Youth Ambassador Programme (GYAP) experience is an opportunity for young people to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership by creating direct positive impact through an international volunteer experience in over 110 countries.

GLOBAL YOUTH AMBASSADOR

PROGRAM

Usually with NGOs, internships relate to wide variety of issues in community development. Duration of a GCDP experience usually 2 - 3 months (8-12 weeks). GCDP generally do not offer salaries but food and accommodation are mostly provided. Turkey, China, Poland, Malaysia, Philiphine, Vietnam, Russia, India, Afrika, Taiwan, Ukraine and the other development countries, based on region (ASEAN, AP, MENA, CEE, Iberoamerica)

Why Exchange?

You will be working in a multi-cultural team(DT).

Cross-cultural communication is very important for career in

It doesn’t matter where you go, but whether you really step out of your “comfort zone”

and go abroad

It is always better to have some different XP abroad, exploring a brand-new world, than doing what you have been doing in the past decade, learning the same thing, in the same city,

same country

You cannot learn much from local internship, imagine you take the

same bus, go to the same office, talk in Bahasa, meet up Indonesian

Everyday.

Every country is a good country, don’t

categorize country simply by economic stat.

You’ll learn to Appreciate.

It’s not the era where you finished your college then straightly find a permanent job without ever experiencing other country anymore.. You will competing not only with Indonesian but people from all over the world. Life is too short for only experiencing your home country. See the world! Change the world! Gain new experience! You’ll never know before you see and feel it by yourself!
