Stranger

Open What does Open mean? •  An interested person

registered in the GIS •  When he complete the

profile, he can search for opportunities (TNs)

•  There’s no “moving a form to available” anymore!

What do we do in this phase? •  We send all the complete profiles a guide

explaining AIESEC, our products, process, payment & legalities

•  Invitation for our weekly info session (yes we need a fixed weekly day for info session during the peaks)

In Progress What does In Progress mean? •  A person who started

clicking “apply” on opportunities he likes

•  Note: In the GIS, there’s something called matchability score, you need 60% score to be able to click apply

What do we do in this phase? •  Send an invitation for doing the interview/MRB •  Make sure everyone from open started

applying on opportunities to convert to In Progress

•  Send a newsletter to all in progress with updates about what kind of opportunities they can get

Moving from In Progress to Match

What is needed to move an EP to Matched? •  Exchange ANs (the EP can do it alone virtually

on the GIS) •  Sign the contract •  Do the payment •  Do the legalities •  Request the MC to move to match

Match

What does In Match mean? •  Match is match J

What do we do in this phase? •  Do the EPIC •  Help in visa •  Help in Insurance (Assist card J) •  Help in booking the flight J

Realized

What does In Realized mean? •  Doing the internship J

What do we do in this phase? •  Weekly email saying hello and

asking how’s the internship •  Firefighting if there’s quality cases

Complete

What does In Complete mean? •  Finishing the internship

What do we do in this phase? •  Get the NPS respond •  Get our experience better J

Reintegrate

What does In Reintegrate mean? •  The EP is back safe in Colombia J

What do we do in this phase? •  Let’s offer the guy another

experience •  Do a reintegration event
