platinum point ownersʼ association site prohibitions All proprietors and tenants are are asked to ensure they follow these guidelines which will not only aid but enhance the existing neighbourly environment between all proprietors and tenants: * Noise pollution - please be considerate of your neighbours at all times particularly late at night. In an enclosed courtyard sound travels and is exacerbated. * At no time should there be any washing hanging in common areas, balconies, terraces [including ground floor terraces], windows etc. * The dropping and dumping of litter including cigarette ends is strictly prohibited [this includes the car park] and will result in additional charges being levied against all proprietors should the Factors have to instruct its removal. * Dog fouling is strictly prohibited throughout the entire development. * Smoking is prohibited in internal communal areas including the lifts. * Bicycles or any other items must not be stored in common stairwells or on any balconies or terraces. There are bicycle racks located in the underground car park. * No fixtures to be added to internal stair or external walls e.g satellite dishes. * For Sale or To Let signs must not be erected to any property either outside or inside. * Parking for residents should only be in the allocated spaces within the car park area and in the designated spaces around the development. Please do not park on any of the paved areas or on the ramps to the garage as this will cause damage and obstruction. * Commercial vehicles and other large vehicles such as caravans are prohibited from the basement car park. * No trade, business or profession may be conducted from within the development. * Residents may keep one dog and / or one cat only in their apartment.
