The funds collected in this one-time special appeal for the 2015-2016 storms and other natural disasters will be used to support the efforts of Catholic Charities USA, as they and their member agencies respond to immediate emergency needs for such necessities as water, food, shelter and medical care as well as to the long term need to rebuild and recover after wide-spread destruction and the United States Conference of Cath-olic Bishops for pastoral and reconstruction needs of the Church.

The flowers on the altar this weekend are in

memory of Melvin Dugas.

Adult Confirmation

When one receives the Sacrament of Confirmation, the Confirmation name is spoken and the Bishop puts Chrism Oil on the person’s forehead, says their name aloud, and then says, “Be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit”. The person responds, “Amen”. Meaning, I do believe that I have received the gift of the Holy Spir-it to enjoy its fruits and share it with others.

Adult Confirmation class is on Sunday, at 5:30pm, in the CCD Hall.

You can register when you come. Any questions please call

Keith Ellender at 528-0009.

We are collecting palms to make our ashes for Ash Wednesday.

There is a basket in the foyer or you can drop at the church office.

St. Peter Claver Outreach “to bring to life spiritual and corporal

works of mercy in our community”

We are asking now for food donations

for our distribution center.

any help replenishing our stock.

Our church has been assigned green vegetables and canned meals such as soups, ravioli, etc.

You can drop it off at the Church Office.

Thank you and may God Bless!
