fiji doublediamondIt is with great pleasure, excitement and humility to receive such an honor of being the first entrepreneur in Soul Purpose to reach the prestigious level of Fiji Double Diamond. I am so thankful to many people who were critical in making this promotion a success.

First, I’d like to thank the Double Diamonds and Diamonds within our organization, who are consistently building their businesses and by doing so, have helped me reach this amazing milestone. I want to give a special and heartfelt thanks to Toni Coleman-Brown, Peggy Riggins, Michelle Mcilwain, Shaune Williams, Antoinette Nelson, Fitz & Landeria Banks and Charlene Browning. These are just a few names, along with their dynamic teams of Diamonds, Managers and Associates that helped me in this promotion and help me along the way each and every day...I love you guys!! Team Elite for LIFE!!

Next, and in no means does he take seconds, I want to thank God because without him in my life, listening to me yell, scream, shout and cry every single day and giving me the blessing of this fantastic business, I would still be sitting in a cube, miserable and unhappy, dreaming of a better life and I wouldn’t be here today!

I also have to thank the creator of Soul Purpose, Nadine Abraham Thompson. This phenomenal woman is my sponsor, mentor, teacher, confidant and my rock. Without her “digging another well”, and having the guts to create this company, with these phenomenal products and generous compensation plan, I don’t know where I would be...I can’t even imagine it! Additionally, I have to give a “shout out” to my beautiful, colorful and joyful daughter Simone. She is my biggest cheerleader! She loves Soul Purpose so much and she allows mommy to work her business all of the time without being demanding. Simone knows that this business is and will always give her the life of her dreams. She even sells the products to her friends, and let’s not talk about her obsession, and I mean obsession, with our world class scrubs!! Mommy loves and thanks you sweetheart!!

doublediamondWhen I started my Soul Purpose business, I was a single mom, living paycheck to paycheck, struggling to help my daughter become successful in school, taking her to gymnastics and just trying to make it. I was exhausted! I would come home everyday and just crawl into bed. I had no energy, no life, no hope. I knew that there was no way in the world life was supposed to be like this. I knew that I had more to give not only to myself, but to my daughter as well. I had to find something, I had to do something, I just HAD to!!

You see, we’ve been sold a bill of goods...hoodwinked and bamboozled into believing that the 40-yr plan is the way. Go to work, come home, live way out in the suburbs somewhere because it’s more affordable, drive to work and back home for 2 hrs. per day, take a two-week vacation, (when and if your boss approves it) and then retire happy....WHAT A CROCK!! This way is miserable, it’s killing us ALL! But thank God for Soul Purpose. You see, I no longer have to live in the rat race, I no longer have to beg a boss to let me take off, I no longer have to sneak in the office when I ‘m 5 minutes late or sneak out when I have to leave early for a family emergency. I no longer have to wake up until I feel like it and when I do have to, trust me, I go right back to bed. I am no longer in the “system”.. I am FREE!!! And here’s the best news, YOU CAN BE FREE TOO!!!

My personal words to you are this: Believe in yourself and know that there is a better way. Know within all your heart that you are worth more than the 9-5, and that our job (jump out of bed & just over broke) doesn’t define us. Know that God created you to do more, be more, love more and give more. Life has so much to offer you. Are you going to grab it or are you going to watch it pass you by?

Sit back and imagine the possibilities of how your life could be. Dream big dreams and never give up no matter what. This opportunity is here for the taking and the world is ours. Set BIG goals and reach high. Believe with all your heart that this is the opportunity that will change your life and set you free, and I promise, your dreams will come true.

Terri Jackson CarsonAs a woman who is passionate about people, their self care and

their well being, I have always made decisions based on how to

benefit others. It is important to me that I recognize consistency

and effort to its fullest potential and that I work hard by dancing

everyday to enhance my integrity.

Team Gottah Dance lead by Diamond Executives:(and their

teams) – Sondra Moore Crestwell, Valerie Battiest – Danzy, Kenyatta Johnson, Trinnette

Morris, Angie Monroe, Rochelle Morton, made the decision to dance with amazing

choreography back in December of 2009 for the Kona Double Diamond Dance in which

we would perform on March 31, 2010. The choreography was simple but everyone

had to show up to class in order for the dance to be on point and on purpose. It was

imperative that the dance team recognize that the basic steps in this choreography

had to be mastered before moving on to incorporate any dance steps they were most

passionate about performing. Once the basic steps were mastered this dance team had

the foundation needed to get a standing ovation.

Although in position, this team was all about being able to produce other dancers to

master the choreography so that when performing again (as we gain the strength,

flexibility, and passion to master the Triple Diamond Dance), it is done with ease and

grace in multitudes. The dance technique this dance team brought to the floor was unique

and creative. The performance attitude was always about have the burning desire and

commitment to perform better each and every month which resulted in showing up to

class daily. This enhanced self confidence – believing in the ability to dance your best;

awesome intensity – the ability to reach and maintain the level of excitement during

performance, and the concentration to dance the vision – how well one is able to stay

focused during the performance.

Congratulations TEAM GOTTAH DANCE – BRAVO! Thank you Nadine for your

vision; I am grateful to God for putting you in my life to dance in my purpose and

in my passion. I am honored to represent Soul Purpose Lifestyle Company as the

Cheryl CormierI live my soul purpose each day as I see the difference I’m able

to affect in the lives of others. From making someone smile to

helping them see their own potential to coaching them to achieve a

breakthrough in their business, I receive immense joy from helping

others. That might seem odd to others who know that I’m not

someone you’d classify as a “dove” or “supporter” (one who is most

concerned about others and feelings), but the truth is I do care from

an empowered standpoint. If something I say or do can cause you to

press and go beyond to a level that you’ve never achieved before, then

I extremely happy because I know that when you’ve achieved it once, you can do it again and again!

I have believed in the power of direct sales/network marketing for 30 years and the opportunity to

confirmation. It has moved me beyond faith and hope to actualization. And, it’s so empowering to

Elaine KerrMy wellness journey started about 12 years ago. Watching my

mother live her life constantly on medications and seeing her

health not get better, inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle.

When Lady Nadine started her very own company, Soul Purpose,

I joined as a visionary and convinced several others to do the

same who had experienced her great products from the past and

I first Praise God and thank my Mentor Diamond Leaders, Bertha Moore & Kim McCormick Jones and my feisty and energetic Kona Double Diamond, Angela Williams for PUSHing me to the limits of the potential that they see in me! Most of all I THANK ALL of Team Class Act for going beyond their limits in the last 30 days to take the team to the next level of performance; especially my first Managing Associate Jimmie (my sister) & Dan Weathersby who were my first team members, my best friends and my all time cheerleaders and supporters in EVERYTHING that I do; Managing Associate Delshonda Ball who since the first

WOW in Dallas declared that we would do this thing; and my newest Manager, Catrice Hines who after being introduced to Soul Purpose at a Lifestyle Gathering of a friend determined that she too needed to be in this game! Without my team, this milestone would NEVER have been reached.

When you Pray and place yourself in the RIGHT posture, things happen! My Journey in Soul Purpose began in September 2008 after attending the “Birthday Party” for my sponsor, now Diamond Bertha Moore. After hearing the presentation and seeing that I didn’t have to SELL anything to get product at the wholesale price! I signed on just to get my Brazilian Jackfruit Balm, Shower Gel and Solid Scent at the price the SHE paid for it ~ what a disappointment for her at that time! I NEVER thought I would enjoy the product or showing it to others so much ~ but look at me now! I was not a “Seller” by nature. NO I am a RETIRED Government worker, with a Masters degree in Business Education, who simply had a little side line online travel business, and I liked looking good and smelling nice! Little did I realize that our product sells itself, AND there are people out there looking for replacement income in this down economy.

I met Lady Nadine Abraham Thompson, prior to the Dallas WOW as a result of a challenge that was offered ONLY to team members who were MANAGING Associates or above, or who had a volume above a set amount, by the time she came for the WOW Event. I was determined to meet her, so I set my sites to achieve the production goal by the deadline. Meeting Lady Nadine further impacted my desire to be a part of this business when I experienced her warmth and passion for people, her sweet spirit to love and help others and the desire to share this awesome opportunity and make sure that others were successful! I was thoroughly and utterly impressed with this woman! Listening to her at dinner and her advice directly with me to “be myself” and work my business “the way I would work it, not like someone else wanted me to” stuck! I decided to take my time, look, listen and quietly glean all that I could from those who were where I thought I wanted to be.

After consistently maintaining my Managing Associate title since the day I earned it in March 2009, and attending WOW Orlando and hearing the Dynamic Doug Firebaugh, Elvin J. Dowling, and our very own leaders, Kona Double Diamond Angie Williams, then Diamond VP Cheryl Cormier, Terri Jackson Carson, Anita Barnes and the host of other phenomenal women in attendance; and interacting with other women from across the country I felt a building of the fire and passion for taking my team to the next level, so I signed the 90-day to Diamond Commitment with some trepidation because I was simply SCARED to step out and in the words of Angie Williams “do the dang thang.” I purchased training tools to read and listen to and decided that I would go for the gold because the worst that could happen was I would still be a Managing Associate with a little high commission check if I did not reach the Diamond goal!

But Praise be to God and with the help of all the aforementioned Team Leaders and Team Members as my backbone and support, a portion of my Dream Board is now a tangible thing! It happened just as I was told it would happen if I put forth a consistent effort and never stop looking toward the finish line. I am a product of the product and have done my replacement spending consistently. I followed the instruction for stepping out to approach people, doing contact follow ups with prospect leads, and contacting former customers even when I didn’t much feel it, and in coaching the hostesses for the lifestyle gatherings that I booked. My follow ups became more productive for sales, lifestyle bookings began to produce more people and greater hostess total volume, and touch calls with people that I meet have begun to produce more bookings! A year ago this time, the thought was just a twinkle in my eye ~ NOW I am among the ranks for the Soul Purpose most wonderful and prestigious women ~ I TOO AM A DIAMOND EXECUTIVE!!!

I applaud all the members of Team Class Act for an exceptional job and want them to know that just as they have always been there for me, my plans are to continue to be consistent in my delivery and I will strive to do all that I can to bring the next ones along! This is an opportunity that I cannot keep to myself and my desire is to continue to build my wealth to financially bless my family, my church and others that I care deeply for and to help everyone who has a desire to be a product of the product and build their Health and Wealth Empire. Bellamy WestWhen I joined Soul Purpose in October of 2008, I had no idea of

the journey that I was about to embark upon. I originally joined

because my sponsor, Sarah Israel, shared some products with

me, said that it was Nadine Thompson’s new company, and that

the compensation plan was good. Well, Sarah was correct! The

products and compensation plan are GREAT, and thanks go

out to Nadine for creating the fabulous products and giving us

an awesome opportunity to be empowered! My journey thus far

has given me soft and glowing skin; helped me to develop myself personally; shown me a path

to financial success; provided me an eye opening formula to help my children be the best that

they can be; introduced me to wonderful positive people who make me laugh and I look forward

The scripture above is just what God has done on a daily even minute by minute basis during my

SoulPurpose Journey. My Journey to Diamond consisted of prayer, interruptions that turned into

blessings, persistence and an unwavering belief that I have the best group of business partners in

the industry. We all know from customer reactions and our personal experiences that we have an

amazing product line. I believe that because my team and myself treat this opportunity as a ministry

and not just a way to make extra income that we will exceed abundance in everything we desire

Sondra Moore-Crestwell A mother of 2 beautiful children and a wife of 17 years to a

wonderful husband, Sondra’s motto is, “First you must believe that

you can do this; then you must decide; then you must take action.

Sondra believes that Soul Purpose products will not only change

your skin but the business will also change your life.

A graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Currently after

20 years she is attending the University of Maryland and pursuing a B.S. degree in Business

Management. She is still successfully committed in running her home-based business and

managing her family.

Her Soul Purpose is to one day have time freedom, see family and friends health habits change,

travel around the country with her husband and children, build their dream home in the Bahamas,

Thanks to all of the wonderful leaders that I met at the 2010 Team Elite Business School in

Baltimore, they truly helped me to get pumped up. The three memorable statements from business

school were as follows. Peggy Riggins said; put yourself in the mindset to make the commitment

to go Diamond and just do it! Tara said, Make sure you follow the system so that you can

duplicate what others have used to be successful and be duplicatible so that your team can repeat

your success. Michelle Mcllwain’s advice was to develop a relationship with your team because

promoting or not promoting is personal and it reflects how your team thinks of you.

My goal with “Soul Purpose” is to minister to people through introducing them to the Soul Purpose

Product Line because of its healthy qualities. I want to help others to become their own lifestyle

entrepreneur so that they can become financially free and fellowship with others while building the

business and developing relationships with people!
