�e ConceptWelcome to StudioWed, a collection of vendors representing the �nest wedding professionals that service the Nashville area. StudioWed provides a relaxed environment for couples to plan their wedding in a stylish studio, where they are able to meet with the area's top hand-selected vendors. �e bride is able to build her dream team of wedding vendors and plan a completely custom wedding from linens, stationery, �orals, and more.

Our brides are busy professionals who receive a luxury experience through personalized wedding design, and exceptional service from expert vendors who guide them through an e�cient planning process in a relaxing and inspiring studio.

For Vendors

StudioWed Vendors are experts in the wedding industry by maintaining professional certi�cation and/or continuing education. Our vendors provide exemplary customer service and strive to exceed client expectations. Our vendors are respectful and supportive of each other and the StudioWed mission.

Bene�ts of StudioWed for Vendors

Selected vendors pay a fee to be a member of the studio. In return, vendors receive studio space to meet with clients in a central location with display space, vendor networking, and comprehensive marketing.

Peek Inside the S�dioStudioWed opened in Edgehill Village in February of 2010. Our vendors excel at creating custom touches for weddings and their work can be seen throughout our studio space.

�e studio is set up as a mix of meeting and display space. Clients can make an appointment or stop by to browse through the work of our talented vendors. Our albums and vendor displays provide inspiration to couples who visit the studio.

�e FranchiseStudioWed, established in 2008 in Asheville, NC, has grown nationwide in the past 4 years with additional studios in Atlanta, Denver, and Nashville. As the StudioWed brand grows, it is the goal to become the standard for wedding planning.

S�dioWed Nashv�leWedding Planners Mary Alice Sublett and Leigh Barker opened StudioWed in February 2010 with the hopes of streamlining the wedding planning process for brides in Nashville. Knowing the planning process can be stressful and overwhelming, they wanted to create a haven for engaged couples to �nd quality vendors and resources to plan their wedding. Mary Alice and Leigh have carefully selected vendors and created a stylish and sophisticated studio where brides can draw inspiration, sip a cup of co�ee or enjoy a glass of wine, while meeting Nashville's best vendors.

THE WEDDING EXPERIENCE

�e Wedding Experience is perfect for newly engaged couples to jumpstart their journey down the aisle, featuring seminars geared toward helping couples plan a successful wedding. �e day(s) consists of seminar sessions, table inspiration designs, and lunch.

Vendor Selec�on �ocessVendors selected to join StudioWed must meet our quali�cations and receive approval through an extensive application process. �is ensures that our vendors are amongst the most talented and highly regarded professionals in the wedding and event industry.  We only allow a select number of vendors per category so that our brides have su�cient choices but our vendors are guaranteed exclusivity.

Quali�cations for New Vendors

Hold required license or professional certi�cation appropriate to the industry in which the business operates.

Maintain a good reputation in wedding industry and have worked in the wedding industry for at least two [2] years.

Show proof of certi�cate of basic liability insurance.

Stay involved in continuing education.

Provide client and industry references.
