PAPh hEADTEAchER SuPPORT PROfESSIONALDue to the expansion of the Plymouth association of Primary headteachers an opportunity has arisen for someone to undertake the role of head Teacher Support Professional (hTSP). The job entails working with and on behalf of our 68 Primary schools and more specifi cally:

• networking and communication

• welfare and support

• Professional development of headteachers

This would ideally be suited to a serving headteacher as a secondment opportunity. alternatively it would also be suitable for a recently retired headteacher.

The post will initially be for one year for 14 hours a week. in the case of a secondment, pay would be negotiated with Governors, other applicants would be expected to engage in a Service level agreement with the association.
