My ideal readerMy ideal reader is Omar Anthony, hes of a Nigerian and Australian ethnicity, he grew up in America but is now based in Central London due to career opportunities, and he felt the need to live an independent life away from his family background so as to experience a whole new environment with no assistance, to gain the skills and maturity.Hes a middle class male of a wealthy background who is quite successful at his age, 22. He works as a fashion stylist at Calvin Klein, he also gets assigned on various work assignments around the world.On a regular morning after his daily workout, he would have an egg omelette with brown bread and a fruit shake. He is well in touch with the latest fashion trends and indulges in designer brands like that of Tom Ford, Ohimai Atafo, J.Crew, and Ozwald Boateng from time to time, he has quite a unique taste, and appreciates art as it broadens the creativity of his mind.He goes by the statement, quality not quantity, as originality is what matters to him, and defines true talent-the ability to create something out of nothing and stand out for being yourself.He's quite a family oriented person, keeps tight communications with his familymembers and attends Church services with them as often as he can.

HobbiesOn an average day he would wear a stylish shirt with fitted jeans, a watch, necklace and shoes while spotting a clean haircut. During his spare time, he hangs out with his friends, playing basketball, video games, watching TV, staying at home, going to the cinema, or a party. His types of movies are, Boyz n The Hood, Friday, Fast and Furious, Love and Basketball, The Dark Knight, and Ride Along. He would attend concerts like that of Jay-Z, Chris Brown, Beyonce, Nas, J Cole, Jhene Aiko, and Kendrick Lamar. He stays up at night with his friends for music awards like The Grammy's, MTV Video Music Awards, BET Awards, and BET Hip-hop awards. He has an iPhone 5S with various apps installed on them like, Spotify, Music magazine apps, Twitter, Soundcloud, WhatsApp, and Instagram.

InterestsHe watches BET once in a while, ESPN, SKY SPORTS, MTV, Comedy Central, and FOX TV, among his favourite TV shows are, Family Guy, Real Husbands of Hollywood, The Game, NCIS, Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Breaking Bad, Fashion Police, Monday Night Football, Boondocks, and the NBA Fan Night. He has interests in all these shows because he finds them entertaining, educative, and a good way to spend his time, he also likes the way they dress, the chemistry, the plot, what they talk about interests him and he relates to them.The new artists he presently listens to are, Sage the Gemini, and August Alsina. He mainly listens to Hip-hop, Rap, R&B, a bit of slow jamz, reggae and afrobeat genres on his iPhone 5S, laptop, YouTube, Spotify, and occasionally on the radio; he listens to ChoiceFM on the radio, BBC Radio 1Xtra online and Power 105.1FM on YouTube or their website. He accesses his music by buying some of them on iTunes legally and downloading others illegally, he buys some music album CDs from time to time, depending on how special they are to him.

My Ideal readerI think my magazine would appeal to him as he is my ideal reader, the stereotypical cool fashionable guy that dresses well, has a great sense for style and a good eye for art.He gets his style inspiration from Trey Songz, David Beckham, Carmelo Anthony, Victor Cruz, David Gandy, and Amar'e Stoudemire. He wears those types of clothes because they feel comfortable, make him look good, they are stylish, fashionable, and he likes to dress well. He wears brands like Air Yeezys, and Air Nikes.He likes to stand out as being original rather than blend in to please others, enjoys company of family and friend, he keeps touch with his type of music, therefore, if he saw this magazine and read it, it would appeal to him, as it's similar to other magazines like Elephant, GQ, XXL, Complex, The Source, Rap-Up, Rolling Stone and various other magazines in which he likes.As my ideal reader looks up to Jay-Z and Kanye West for various inspirations, music and personal reasons, I based my magazine front cover and double page spread on them.
