We are getting very close to the end of the year, so I wanted to inform you about the upcoming device
return requirements. Students will need to return their devices on the following dates by grade:
• 8th grade = Thursday, May 9th after exams • 6th and 7th grades = Thursday, May 23rd after exams
Please ensure that your child has the laptop (with the case already removed), all three pieces of the charger,
and the (emptied) school backpack if your child used one. We will assess the condition of your child’s device
and charge any fees for damage and/or missing parts on the above dates. Please see the picture below to

from the SFA administration, and come meet all of the board members and position chairs for the 2019-2020 school year!

**Parochial Athletic Association (P.A.A.) rules require that 1st – 8th grade
participants be either students at St. Francis School or attending PRE through St. Francis Church.
5th - 8th grade Boys & Girls are required to have a physical annually in order to participate in any SFA sport.
All Athletes are required to complete both the concussion information sheet and the Sudden Cardiac Arrest information sheet annually ALL FORMS can be picked up in the athletic director’s office,
or found on the www.sfawolves.org website ALL MEDICAL FORMS (for fall sports) must be on file with the Athletic
Director by July 22nd
